To provide a skirt structure in which a method for fixing a skirt bottom is changed, because a conventional skirt structure of a hovercraft causes an adverse effect caused by the structure when a floatation height is increased.SOLUTION: A skirt structure can obtain an optimal air cushioning effect even if a floatation height is increased, by suspending a member (10) by a string (12) mounted on the outer peripheral bottom of a body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
