To efficiently manage animal patients.SOLUTION: A veterinary treatment assistance system comprises: a storage section for storing explanation information to be communicated to an owner of an animal patient coming to a veterinary facility; a transportation reception section for receiving a request for the transport of the animal patient to the veterinary facility; a reservation section for instructing a moving body for transporting the animal patient to depart in response to the request; and an explanation display section for displaying the explanation information on a display device installed in the moving body while transporting the animal patient by the moving body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
