To provide a congestion point prediction device and a congestion point prediction method which further utilize traffic volume data to derive a prediction result having high accuracy by predicting future traffic speed by using each of traffic speed in the past and traffic volume in the past as input and predicting a congestion point on the basis of the predicted future traffic speed regarding the congestion point prediction device and the congestion point prediction method.SOLUTION: A congestion point prediction device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first deep layer learning unit which outputs first output data by using traffic speed data in first time; a second deep layer learning unit which outputs second output data by using traffic volume data in second time; and a congestion point prediction model which predicts a congestion point by using at least a part of the first output data and the second output data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】渋滞時点予測装置及び渋滞時点予測方法に関し、過去の交通速度及び過去の交通量それぞれを入力として未来の交通速度を予測し、予測された未来の交通速度を基盤として渋滞時点を予測することで、交通量データをさらに活用して高い正確度を有する予測結果を導出する渋滞時点予測装置及び渋滞時点予測方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による渋滞時点予測装置は、第1時間の交通速度データを用いて第1出力データを出力する第1深層学習部、第2時間の交通量データを用いて第2出力データを出力する第2深層学習部、及び前記第1出力データ及び前記第2出力データを少なくとも一部用いて渋滞時点を予測する渋滞時点予測モデルを含む。【選択図】図1
