PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congestion prediction program which can predict congestion of a parking facility.SOLUTION: A congestion prediction program instructs a computer to execute processing in which, when a vehicle receives an output request of a prediction of a congestion rate of a parking facility in a time zone in which the vehicle can arrive at the parking facility, a vehicle having parked in the parking facility in a time zone corresponding to the time zone in which the vehicle can arrive at the parking facility is extracted from a travel history data group of the vehicle, and a congestion rate of the parking facility in the time zone in which the vehicle can arrive at the parking facility is predicted on the basis of travel history data of the extracted vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
