The rubber composition has a brightness index L* of 80 or more in the CIE1976 L*a*b* color space. The rubber component includes isoprene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. The white filler includes silica and titanium oxide. In the rubber composition, the mass ratio of the white filler to the isoprene rubber is less than 2.3. In the rubber composition, the mass ratio of the styrene-butadiene rubber to the isoprene rubber is less than 1.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
