To provide a sound absorption structure of a vehicle drive device which enables reduction of working hours for attaching a sound absorption member to a bracket to improve workability of attachment work of the sound absorption member.SOLUTION: In a sound absorption structure of a transfer device 14, a front sound absorption member 24 is attached to a right bracket 22 which attaches the transfer device 14 to a right side frame. The front sound absorption member 24 has: a cylindrical part 24E into which the right bracket 22 is inserted; and an engagement protruding part 24I which engages with the right bracket 22.
