To decrease the difficulty of attachment and prevent deterioration of performance in a vibration control body inserted into a handle bar.SOLUTION: A vibration control body 1 of the invention includes: an annular body part 10 which is disposed enclosing a periphery of at least a part of a component housed within a handle bar and formed by an annular elastic member housed within the handle bar with the component; multiple protruding parts 11 which are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the annular body part 10 and protrude so as to contact with an inner surface of the handle bar; and multiple recessed parts 12 which are formed recessed toward the outer peripheral surface side on an inner peripheral surface of the annular body part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
