PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive vehicle body vibration control device capable of obtaining a vibration control effect of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: The vehicle body vibration control device comprises vehicle body vibration control device swiveling detection means 4 and 12; suspension geometry constant calculating means 5 for changing changes the size of a suspension geometry constant which is displacement characteristics of a tire based on a suspension geometry according to a swiveling state of a vehicle, and differing the suspension geometry constant in the swiveling state and a straight advance state; vertical force calculating means 2 for calculating vertical force applied on the tire from a road surface on the basis od wheel speed changes, by using the suspension geometry constant; on-spring behavior estimating means 7 for estimating a behavior of a vehicle body 100 on the basis of the vertical force; and torque command calculating means 12 for calculating torque outputted by a prime mover 106 from a required braking/driving torque and a correction torque on the basis of the behavior information of a vehicle body.
