To provide a vehicle indoor structure which can attach a component to a desired position according to intended purpose, and is excellent in designability.SOLUTION: A vehicle indoor structure 1 comprises: a plate-like part 10 which is tabular and constitutes indoor design surface of a vehicle 2; a first component 30 which has a first component body part 31 and a rod-like first attachment part 32 continuously extending from the first component body part 31; a plurality of hole parts 12 which are installed in the plate-like part 10 to make the first component 30 attach to any position by inserting the first attachment part 32 thereto; and a block component 20 which can be inserted into/removed from the hole part 12 to block the hole part 12. The hole part 12 includes an engagement recessed part 14 which is recessed from an inner surface thereof, and the block component 20 includes: a block component body part 21 which is inserted into the hole part 12; and an engagement protrusion 22 which protrudes from an outer face of the block component body part 21 to be capable of engaging with the engagement recessed part 14.
