To provide a charge controller of which charge amount of a battery can be easily increased.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a connection unit for connecting a plurality of batteries in parallel to a charger connected to a vehicle; an acquisition unit for acquiring the voltages of the batteries; and a control unit for calculating the potential difference of ones of the batteries that are connected to the charger and ones of the batteries that are not connected to the charger on the basis of the voltage acquired by the acquisition unit, and controlling the unconnected batteries so that the unconnected batteries are connected to the charger when the potential difference is in a predetermined potential range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
