To provide a charge-discharge controller that allows a request value of an amount of charge-discharge power for a vehicle group to follow an integrated value of the amount of charge-discharge of a storage battery of each electric vehicle, while preventing battery run-down and deterioration of the storage battery.SOLUTION: A charge-discharge controller according to the present invention is a charge-discharge controller that controls an amount of charge-discharge power of a storage battery mounted in each of vehicles constituting a vehicle group to follow a request value of the amount of charge-discharge power for the vehicle group, and comprises control means that, by using a behavior prediction model for predicting a behavior of a vehicle, predicts a remaining amount of the storage battery in a future predetermined period for every vehicle, by using a battery deterioration prediction model for predicting the amount of deterioration of the storage battery from the predicted remaining amount of the storage battery and the remaining amount of the storage battery, optimizes an instruction value of the amount of charge-discharge power of the storage battery in the predetermined period for every vehicle so that the integrated value of the amount of charge-discharge power of the vehicles follows the request value, while minimizing the amount of deterioration of the storage battery in each vehicle, and controls charge-discharge operations of the storage battery in each vehicle according to the optimized instruction value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電欠や蓄電池の劣化を抑制しつつ、車群に対する充放電電力量の要求値に各電動車両の蓄電池の充放電量の積算値を追従させることが可能な充放電制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る充放電制御装置は、車群に対する充放電電力量の要求値に追従するように車群を構成する各車両に搭載されている蓄電池の充放電電力量を制御する充放電制御装置であって、車両の行動を予測する行動予測モデルを用いて、将来の所定期間における蓄電池の残容量を車両毎に予測し、予測された蓄電池の残容量と蓄電池の残容量から蓄電池の劣化量を予測する電池劣化予測モデルとを用いて、各車両の蓄電池の劣化量を最小にしつつ各車両の蓄電池の充放電電力量の積算値が要求値に追従するように所定期間における蓄電池の充放電電力量の指示値を車両毎に最適化し、最適化された指示値に従って各車両の蓄電池の充放電動作を制御する制御手段を備える。【選択図】図1
