The device turns the electric bulb 2150 alternately in a turning direction in which the metal base 2151 is screwed with the socket 2160 and in a turning direction in which the screwing is released, with the electric bulb 2150 gripped, which can inspect whether the electric bulb 2150 normally lights up.
