A plurality of guide holes 106 have a discharge opening 96 formed in a rear end surface 94 of the guide vane 90 and a plurality of introduction holes 102 formed in an outer wall 86 of the cylindrical part 74. A partial opening 100 of the discharge opening 96 that is formed in rear end surfaces 94 of a plurality of partition parts 88 have a thinner width as it is closer to the outer wall 86 of the cylindrical part 74.
