To improve safety for elevator users by preventing, with a simple structure, variation in quality of work for addressing troubles regarding an elevator car caused by a difference in experience or skill between operators and realizing high quality remote monitoring.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring assistance device 120 acquires a signal output from an atmospheric pressure sensor 137 provided in a car 131 of an elevator 130, determines the position of the car 131 on the basis of the acquired signal, and transmits notification information regarding the determination result to a management server computer 110. Thus, the position of the car 131 can be appropriately determined with a simple structure, and whether the car 131 is normally operating or whether it is not in a stopped state between floors can be appropriately determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベーターのカゴに関連するトラブルなどへの対応作業の品質に、作業員の経験や能力の差に起因してばらつきが生じることを簡易な構成によって防止し、品質の高い遠隔監視を実現し、エレベーターの利用者の安全性の向上を図ること。【解決手段】遠隔監視支援装置120が、エレベーター130のカゴ131に設けられた気圧センサー137から出力される信号を取得し、取得した信号に基づいてカゴ131の位置を判断し、その判断結果に関する通知情報を管理サーバコンピューター110に送信するようにした。これにより、カゴ131の位置を簡易な構成によって適正に判断することができ、カゴ131が正常に動作しているか、階床間などで停止していないか、などを適正に判断することができる。【選択図】図1
