To supply power to an inspection device from a conveyance vehicle so as to reduce the weight of the inspection device, and prevent an excessive load from acting on a connection part for supplying power.SOLUTION: An inspection device 2 includes an inspection part for performing inspection by being operated by power supplied from a power source part 14, and a connection part 250 which is attachable/detachable to/from a power supply part 15 and electrically connects the power source part 14 and the inspection part, wherein a conveyance control part H1 prohibits a state change of a gripping part 12 from a gripping state to a release state in a connection state where the connection part 250 is connected to the power supply part 15, and permits the state change of the gripping part 12 in a non-connection state where the connection part 250 is not connected to the power supply part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
