To provide a flying object control system capable of guiding a flying object even when airframe control by a remote instruction or autonomous control is disabled.SOLUTION: A flying object control system includes a flying object that moves by autonomous control based on a remote instruction or autonomous control by a program, and a communication device that can communicate with the flying object. The communication device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring estimation information that estimates a state of each of a plurality of drive units of the flying object upon receiving control disable information indicating that autonomous control of the flying object by the remote instruction or the program is impossible; a receiving unit for receiving input instructions for bringing the flying object into a desired moving state based on a state of each of the plurality of drive units indicated by the estimation information; and a first transmission unit for transmitting a control command based on the input instructions to the flying object. The flying object includes: a plurality of drive units for bearing movement of an airframe; and a manual control unit for the flying object to control the drive units according to the control command by receiving the control command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
