To provide an assembling method for assembling at least one bearing ring to a component, while preventing degradation of linearity of a spline of the component and securing perfect torque transmission between a transmission portion and the component.SOLUTION: A method for assembling at least one bearing ring cooperating with shrink-fitting surface 110 of a component 100 in shrink-fitting includes: a process for forming a spline 103 extending in an axial direction on an inner wall of the component 100; a process for shrink-fitting the bearing ring to the shrink-fitting object surface 110 of the component 100 in a manner that a lower transverse face of the bearing ring comes into abutment against a shoulder portion 105 of the component 100; and a process for enlarging diameters of a part of the spline 103 and the shrinking-fitting object surface 110 by elastoplastic expansion of an upper region of the component 100 in a radial direction after the process for forming the spline 103 before the process for shrink-fitting the bearing ring to the shrink-fitting object surface 110 of the component 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
