When the 1/3 position of the length L of the flange 3 starting from an end 4a on the flange 3 side of the ridge line 4 is defined as a boundary point P1 and a region to the boundary point P1 from an end 4b on the surface 2 side of the ridge line 4 is defined as a first region A1 on a cross section cut along the curvature radius direction of the flange 3 in a plan view from a direction vertical to the surface 2, the average Vickers hardness of the first region A1 is equal to or greater than 90% of the Vickers hardness of a tip 3a of the flange 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
