To provide a torque sensor device which can prohibit the relative rotation of a torsion bar and an input shaft when the input shaft and an output shaft are connected to each other via the torsion bar, and a steering device.SOLUTION: A torque sensor comprises an input shaft in which a long hole extending in an axial direction is formed and an output shaft which is formed into a cylindrical shape while extending in the axial direction of a center axis, a torsion bar whose end part at the other side in the axial direction is inserted into the long hole of the input shaft, a sleeve attached to an external periphery of the input shaft, and a pin for connecting an end part of the torsion bar at the other side in the axial direction, and an end part of the input shaft at one side in the axial direction to each other. A first penetration hole penetrating in a radial direction is formed at an end part of the torsion bar at the other side in the axial direction, a second penetration hole penetrating in the radial direction is formed at an end part of the input shaft at one side in the axial direction, the pin is inserted into the first penetration hole and the second penetration hole, the torsion bar and the input shaft are connected to each other, and the sleeve covers at least a part of an end face of the pin which is exposed from the second penetration hole of the input shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
