A steering device torque sensor, having fewer constituent parts and in which magnetic force loss during a magnetic force induction process is minimized, comprises: a first magnetic substance in which N poles and S poles are alternately disposed into a circle and an open region and a non-open region facing a magnet provided at one end of a torsion bar are alternately disposed along the circumference of a circular connection member, and connected to the other end of the torsion bar; a circular-shaped second magnetic substance disposed so as to face the magnet along an outer surface of the magnet with the first magnetic substance positioned therebetween; a third magnetic substance disposed so as to face the first magnetic substance while not facing the magnet; and a magnetic sensing member disposed between the second magnetic substance and the third magnetic substance.

    Capteur de couple pour dispositif de direction, comprenant un plus petit nombre de parties constitutives et dans lequel une perte de force magnétique au cours d'un processus d'induction de force magnétique est minimisée, comportant: une première substance magnétique dans laquelle des pôles N et des pôles S sont disposés en alternance suivant un cercle, et une région ouverte et une région non ouverte faisant face à un aimant placé à une extrémité d'une barre de torsion sont disposées en alternance suivant la circonférence d'un élément circulaire de liaison, et reliées à l'autre extrémité de la barre de torsion; une deuxième substance magnétique de forme circulaire disposée de manière à faire face à l'aimant le long d'une surface extérieure de l'aimant, la première substance magnétique étant positionnée entre ceux-ci; une troisième substance magnétique disposée de manière à faire face à la première substance magnétique tout en ne faisant pas face à l'aimant; et un élément de détection magnétique disposé entre la deuxième substance magnétique et la troisième substance magnétique.

    구성 부품의 수가 적고 자기력의 유도 과정에서 자기력 손실을 최소화한 조향 장치용 토크 센서는, N극과 S극이 번갈아 원형으로 배치되어 있고 토션바의 일단에 설치되는 자석에 대향하는 오픈 영역과 오픈되지 않은 영역이, 원형의 연결 부재의 둘레를 따라 번갈아 배치되어 있고, 상기 토션바의 타단에 연결되는 제 1 자성체; 상기 제 1 자성체를 사이에 두고 상기 자석의 외주를 따라 상기 자석에 대향하여 배치되어 있는 원형 형상의 제 2 자성체; 상기 자석과 대향하지 않으면서 상기 제 1 자성체에 대향하여 배치되어 있는 제 3 자성체; 및 상기 제 2 자성체와 상기 제 3 자성체 사이에 배치되는 자기 감지 부재;를 포함한다.
