To provide a technique for reducing the load applied on a work rope in an overhead wire utilization system.SOLUTION: A overhead wire utilization system includes a plurality of support columns, a main rope supported by the support columns in which both ends are fixed, a work rope movably supported by the main rope, a winding-up device capable of winding-up the work rope, a moving device movably supported by the main rope and connected to the work rope so as to be movable in the air by winding the work rope by the winding device, and a power generation device moving in association with the movement of the work rope. The power generation device generates power by the movement with respect to the main rope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
