To achieve a technique capable of charging a power storage unit of a mobile power supply device at an appropriate time in consideration of power supply and demand in a facility and appropriately performing both use of surplus power generated in the facility and power supply from the mobile power supply device to a vehicle.SOLUTION: A prediction value of a power amount used by a mobile power supply device 10 during a next operation time zone is regarded as a predicted usage power amount, and a prediction value of a surplus power amount of a facility 1 during the next operation time zone is regarded as a predicted surplus power amount, which is determined based on a predicted power consumption amount that is a prediction value of a power consumption amount of a power consumption facility 2 during the next operation time zone and a predicted power generation amount that is a prediction value of a power generation amount of a power generation facility 6 during the next operation time zone. A control device 40 performs prediction charging processing in which a required power amount that is specified based on a value obtained by subtracting the predicted surplus power amount and a residual charge amount of a power storage unit 11 from the predicted usage power amount is charged from a system power receiving facility 5 to the power storage unit 11 via a power transmitting/receiving device 30 in a non-operation time zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】移動式給電装置の蓄電部への充電を、施設における電力需給を考慮した適切な時期に行うことができると共に、当該施設で発生する余剰電力の利用及び移動式給電装置から車両への給電の双方を適切に行うことができる技術を実現する。【解決手段】翌稼働時間帯に移動式給電装置10が使用する電力量の予測値を予測使用電力量とし、翌稼働時間帯における電力消費設備2の消費電力量の予測値である予測消費電力量と、翌稼働時間帯における発電設備6の発電量の予測値である予測発電量と、に基づいて定まる、翌稼働時間帯における施設1の余剰電力量の予測値を予測余剰電力量として、制御装置40は、予測使用電力量から予測余剰電力量と蓄電部11の充電残量とを差し引いた値に基づいて定まる必要電力量を、非稼働時間帯に、系統電力受電設備5から電力授受装置30を介して蓄電部11に充電する、予測充電処理を行う。【選択図】図1
