To improve reliability of power supply control.SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 supplies charging power to a mobile body 3. The mobile body 3 includes a charging circuit 301 for charging a storage battery 300 with charging power whose value does not exceed a maximum value. The power supply device 1 comprises: a first communication unit 11 that from an apparatus control device 2, receives an upper limit signal indicating an upper limit value for the maximum value; a vehicle communication unit 12 that on the basis of the upper limit value, transmits a maximum value signal indicating the maximum value to the mobile body 3; a prohibition unit 132 that until a predetermined prohibition period passes after transmitting the maximum value signal, prohibits the vehicle communication unit 12 from transmitting an another maximum value signal indicating another maximum value differing from the maximum value to the mobile body 3; and a reply unit 133 that when the first communication unit 11 receives another upper limit signal indicating an upper limit value differing from the upper limit value from the apparatus control device 2 during the prohibition period, returns a nonacceptance signal to the apparatus control device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
