To provide an outboard motor and a vessel capable of reducing pressure loss for flow of exhaust gas in an exhaust pipe when cooling water is supplied inside the exhaust pipe and capable of uniformly cooling the exhaust pipe by the cooling water.SOLUTION: An outboard motor 101 includes: an engine 2; an exhaust pipe 5 for passing exhaust gas from the engine 2; and a cooling water supply path 8 for supplying cooling water for engine cooling inside the exhaust pipe 5 toward downstream side in a flow direction of the exhaust gas and having the cooling water flow circumferentially along an inner periphery surface 50 of the exhaust pipe 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
