To provide a ride quality improvement support device which generates support information to improve a ride quality, sends the information to an execution body with improvement means and suppresses generations of elastic vibrations.SOLUTION: A ride quality improvement support device which contributes to a ride quality of passengers who get on a vehicle comprises vibration sensors installed in the vehicle and detecting elastic vibrations, a shaking information calculating part to calculate shaking information based on operation information acquired from a vehicle information management system able to control vehicles operations and a vibration generation predicting and processing part able to predict a generation of the elastic vibrations based on the elastic vibration detected by the vibration sensors and shaking information calculated by the shaking information calculating part. The ride quality improvement support device suppresses the generation of the elastic vibrations by transmitting support information calculated based on the prediction results of the vibration generation predicting and processing part and by making the execution body function based on the support information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】乗り心地を向上させるための支援情報を生成し、改善手段を有する実行体へ送出して弾性振動の発生を抑制する乗り心地向上支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両に搭乗した乗客の乗り心地に寄与する乗り心地向上支援装置であって、車両に配設されて弾性振動を検出する振動センサと、車両の運行を制御可能な車両情報管理システムから取得された運行情報に基づいて加振情報を算出する加振情報算出部と、振動センサが検出した弾性振動と、加振情報算出部が算出した加振情報と、に基づいて弾性振動の発生を予測可能な振動発生予測処理部と、を備え、振動発生予測処理部の予測結果に基づいて算出された支援情報を実行体へ送出し、実行体を支援情報に基づいて機能させることにより、弾性振動の発生を抑制する。【選択図】図1
