The vehicle control device includes: a memory unit capable of storing data when power is shut off; and a resumption determination unit that determines whether or not to resume work when the automatic conveyance vehicle is restarted. The resumption determination unit store work instruction information and operation permission information received from the management server in the memory unit, confirms the memory unit when the automatic conveyance vehicle is restarted, and performs the work based on the stored work instruction and operation permission when the work instruction information and the operation permission information are stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
