To further reduce a cost of a rolling bearing device.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing device comprises an outer member having an outside raceway at an internal peripheral face, an inner member having an inside raceway at an external peripheral face, and relatively rotating with respect to the outer member, a plurality of rolling bodies arranged between the outside raceway and the inside raceway, and a sealing device arranged between the inner member and the outer member. The inner member has a flange arranged at one side of the inside raceway in an axial direction, and attached with a rotating body, and the sealing device has a slinger having a cylinder part fixed to the external peripheral face of the inner member, and a circular ring part extending to the outside in a radial direction from one side of the cylinder part in the axial direction, and opposing the flange in the axial direction, and a seal member fixed to an end part of the outer member in the axial direction, and slide-contacting with the slinger. The slinger has a caulked part which is caulked to the inside of a groove which is formed at the external peripheral face of the inner member, or at the other-side side face of the flange in the axial direction by being pressed to one side in the axial direction by using a jig which pressure-inserts the cylinder member into the external peripheral face of the inner member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
