The processing unit 13 calculates probability that an abnormality may have occurred in the power receiving device 5 of the mobile body 4 based on the power reception history information and detects whether there is an abnormality occurrence place where power transmission efficiency is less than a predetermined value, and when the probability is less than the predetermined determination threshold value when the abnormality occurrence place is detected, determines that an abnormality has occurred in the power transmitting device 2 installed at the abnormality occurrence place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
