To determine an amount of traffic, traveling directions, and types of ships in an image recognition type ship traffic observation system.SOLUTION: A shipping traffic learning device of an image recognition type shipping traffic observation system, comprises: a data acquisition unit that acquires learning data including a water channel camera video capturing ships, positions and types of the ships; and a model generation unit that generates a learned model for deducing a traffic of ships, traveling directions of the ships and the type of the ships from the water channel camera video capturing the ships by using the learning data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
