The invention discloses a ship traffic complexity measurement method for multi-ship maritime traffic situation identification. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring AIS data of ships in a jurisdiction water area, and extracting longitude and latitude, course, navigational speed and captain information of the ships in the AIS data; calculating the traffic complexity of the ship according to the extracted AIS information; constructing a ship traffic complexity reference matrix and a weight matrix through the ship traffic complexity; calculating a ship traffic complexity matrix through the reference matrix and the weight matrix; calculating the ship traffic complexity through the ship traffic complexity matrix; and identifying a potential ship collision risk in the jurisdiction water area. According to the method, the potential ship collision risk in the jurisdiction water area is identified by measuring the ship traffic complexity. Therefore, the achievement of the invention is helpful for VTS personnel to assess the marine traffic situation and identify potential ship collision risks, thereby making effective supervision policies, and finally improving the overall safety level of marine traffic.

    本发明公开了一种面向多船海上交通态势识别的船舶交通复杂度测度方法。方法包括:获取管辖水域内船舶AIS数据,提取AIS数据中船舶的经纬度、航向、航速和船长信息;根据提取的AIS信息计算船舶对交通复杂度;通过船舶对交通复杂度构建船舶交通复杂度基准矩阵和权重矩阵;通过基准矩阵和权重矩阵计算得到船舶交通复杂度矩阵;通过船舶交通复杂度矩阵计算得到船舶交通复杂度;识别管辖水域内潜在的船舶碰撞风险。本发明通过对船舶交通复杂度测度,实现了识别管辖水域内潜在的船舶碰撞风险。因此,发明成果将有助于VTS人员对海上交通态势进行评估,识别潜在的船舶碰撞风险,进而制定有效的监管政策,最终提升海上交通的整体安全水平。
