To provide a mobile object management device or the like which enables a user who utilizes public transportation facilities, to perform a transformation connection seamlessly, by utilizing a mobile object corresponding to a utilization mode of the user at a nodal point of the public transformation facilities.SOLUTION: A mobile object management device comprises: an operation information acquisition unit for acquiring operation information including a scheduled stop place where a public transformation facility is scheduled to stop, and a scheduled arrival time at the scheduled stop place; a user identification unit for identifying a user of the public transformation facility, the user going to get off the public transformation facility at any scheduled stop place and executing a search of a mobile object that the user is going to utilize for changing from the scheduled stop place; a control unit for identifying the scheduled stop place where the user is going to get off the public transportation facility, and the mobile object for changing, and generating control information for performing control in such a manner that the user can utilize any mobile object at the scheduled stop place at the scheduled arrival time or prior to the scheduled arrival time; and a transmission unit for directly or indirectly transmitting the control information to the mobile object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
