To estimate a location on an ocean of a ship not equipped with an automatic identification system (AIS) in a case where location information on a fishing boat not equipped with the AIS is required when a collision accident with the fishing boat happens, or other ship determines whether the fishing boat is present on an ocean route, or the like.SOLUTION: A ship location estimation device, which acquires location information on a ship when the ship not equipped with an automatic identification system (AIS) drifts in the ocean, comprises: a plurality of radar reception units that receives an emergency signal the ship outputs and estimates an arrival direction; a plurality of radar transceivers that emits a radio wave to an ocean surface, and estimates a speed and direction of a surface laminar flow of the ocean surface from a reflection wave from the ocean surface; and a central station that estimates a location of the ship at an arbitrary time from the location information on the ship the radar reception unit estimates, and the speed and direction of the surface laminar flow the radar transceiver estimates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】AISを搭載していない漁船との衝突事故が起きた際や、他船が航路上に当該漁船がいないかどうかを判断する際等、当該漁船の位置情報が必要な場合に、AISを搭載していない船舶の海洋上での位置を推定する。【解決手段】AISを搭載していない船舶が海洋を漂流している場合の当該船舶の位置情報を取得する船舶位置推定装置において、当該船舶が発する緊急信号を受信し到来方向を推定する複数のレーダ受信部と、海面に電波を発し海面からの反射波から当該海面の表層流の速度と方向を推定する複数のレーダ送受信部と、前記レーダ受信部が推定する船舶の位置情報と前記レーダ送受信部が推定する表層流の速度と方向から、任意の時刻での前記船舶の位置を推定する中央局からなる。【選択図】図1
