To enable wear condition of a running tire to be detected by simple configuration.SOLUTION: A wear condition detection device comprises: a storage section 41 which stores wear degree information in which a first running condition indicating a combination of road surface condition, road gradient, and an acceleration, a vehicle speed, and a wear degree coefficient are made to correspond to one another; a vehicle speed sensor 21 that measures a vehicle speed; a road surface sensor 22 that detects condition of a road surface where a vehicle runs; a road gradient sensor 23 that detects the road gradient of a road where the vehicle runs; a running distance acquisition section 31 that acquires a vehicle running distance; a wear degree determination section that determines a tire wear degree on the basis of the vehicle speed measured by the vehicle sensor 21, the road surface condition detected by the road surface sensor 22, the road gradient detected by the road gradient sensor 23, the running distance acquired by the running distance acquisition section 31, and the wear degree information; and an output section 61 that outputs information on the wear degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
