The rotating body 2 has at least two wall parts 22, 23 annularly formed in a circumferential direction of the rotating axis and protruding in the axial direction. The wall parts are fit into at least two groove parts 32, 33 annularly formed in the circumferential direction of the rotating axis in the support body and recessed in the axial direction with a clearance 4, the clearance including axial-direction clearances 41a to e extending in the axial direction and radial-direction clearances 42a to e extending in a radial direction. The axial-direction clearances and the radial-direction clearances form a labyrinth structure while alternately continuing to each other in a plurality of pieces, and a first axial-direction clearance 41a located inside D3 the radial direction out of a plurality of the axial-direction clearances is longer than the other axial-direction clearances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
