To prevent a parking pole from being caught into a rotating parking gear.SOLUTION: A parking rod 60 includes: a rod member 61 which is swingably attached to a rotary member; a cam member 62 which is movably attached to the rod member and pushes out a parking pole to a parking gear; a spring 72 which is attached to a position between the rod member and the cam member and biases the cam member toward the parking pole; and a damper mechanism 66 which is provided between the rod member and the cam member, encloses a gas therein, and damps relative vibration between the rod member and the cam member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
