To provide a parking lock device easily regulating rotation of a cam guide with respect to a sleeve.SOLUTION: A cam guiding device includes: a cam guide 94 having a cylinder part 94a, a partly cylinder part 94c extending from the tip end part of the cylinder part 94a, a partly tapered part 94d extending from the tip end part of the cylinder part 94a, and a whirl-stop part 94e mounted on the partly cylinder part 94c; and a sleeve 100 housing the cam guide 94. The sleeve 100 has a circular arc part 111 superimposed on the partly cylinder part 94c from outside. The whirl-stop part 94e is a component protruding outside from the outer peripheral surface of the partly cylinder part 94c in a diameter direction. The rotation of the cam guide 94 with respect to the sleeve 100 is regulated when the whirl-stop part 94e abuts the sleeve 100 and also the inner peripheral surface 90 of the cam guide 94 abuts a parking cam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
