To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material frame capable of satisfying both bending strength and vibration attenuation performance.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material frame 1 comprises: a compression surface part 2 where a compression stress is generated along a longitudinal direction DL when a bending load FB to bend the frame 1 in a short direction DS orthogonal to the longitudinal direction DL of the frame 1 is inputted to the frame 1; a side surface part 3 extending in the short direction DS from a corner part 5 adjacent to the compression surface part 2; and a tensile surface part 4 where a tensile stress is generated along the longitudinal direction DL when it is extended in the longitudinal direction DL at a position separated from the compression surface part 2 and the bending load FB is inputted to the frame 1.
