On the basis of an amount of consumption for n days in the past, an estimated amount of consumption for one day is calculated. A value obtained by adding the estimated amount of consumption and an allowance amount to a lower limit remaining capacity predetermined by a user is defined as a charging recommended threshold value. When the remaining capacity of the battery is less than the charging recommended threshold value, a notification for prompting charging of the battery is transmitted to an on-vehicle HMI of the motor-driven movable body or a user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
