To provide an electric locomotive brake resistor temperature control device capable of guaranteeing safe operation of a brake resistor.SOLUTION: A heat radiating unit includes an air cooling module, a water cooling module. The air cooling module includes a first air duct 1, a second air duct 2, a first wind box 31, a second wind box 32, a first paddle 15, a second paddle 25, and a motor 41, and the air cooling module. The air cooling module takes away heat on the brake resistor 6 filled with rapidly flowing air by blowing air into the air duct during traveling of the electric locomotive or rotation of the paddle in the air duct, meanwhile, takes away heat around the brake resistor through circularly flowing water while matching a heat dissipation pipe 52 arranged in the water cooling module, and heat dissipation is accelerated through cooperation of the air cooling module and the water cooling module. The air cooling module can also drive the heat dissipation liquid in the heat dissipation pipe to circularly flow, heat dissipation is accelerated, and effect of the heat dissipation is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ブレーキ抵抗器の安全運行を保障できる電気機関車ブレーキ抵抗器温度制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】放熱部は、風冷モジュールと、水冷モジュールとを備え、風冷モジュールは、第1の風路1と、第2の風路2と、第1の風箱31と、第2の風箱32と、第1のパドル15と、第2のパドル25と、モータ41とを備え、風冷モジュールは、電気機関車走行中に風路に吹き込まれた空気又は風路内のパドルの回転により、急速に流れる空気が充填され、ブレーキ抵抗器6上の熱を奪うとともに、水冷モジュールに設けられた放熱管52に合わせて、循環流動の水を介してブレーキ抵抗器周辺の熱を奪い、両者の合わせにより放熱を加速させることができる。また、風冷モジュールは、放熱管内の放熱液体を循環流動させることができ、放熱を加速させ、放熱の効果を向上させる。【選択図】図1
