The invention discloses a temperature control device for a brake resistor of an electric locomotive. The temperature control device comprises a cooling component and the brake resistor, wherein the cooling component comprises an air pipe, a water tank, a refrigerator, a steam-water separator, a first air pipe, a second air pipe, a third air pipe, a fourth air pipe, a filter box and an air compressor. Air is pressed in through the air compressor in the cooling component, the pressed-in air enters the water tank, the air makes contact with cold water in the water tank for heat exchange, the cooled air leaves the water tank and enters the steam-water separator for steam-water separation, finally the cooled air is filtered through the filter tank to become low-temperature dry air without impurities, the air is finally sprayed to the brake resistor through the air pipe, heat on the brake resistor is blown away, the rapid cooling effect is achieved, and the safety of the electric locomotive is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电机车制动电阻温度控制装置,括冷却部件与制动电阻。所述冷却部件包括风管、水箱、制冷器、汽水分离器、第一气管、第二气管、第三气管、第四气管、过滤箱以及空压机。通过冷却部件中的空压机压入空气,压入的空气进入水箱内,空气与水箱内冷水接触进行热交换,被冷却的空气离开水箱进入汽水分离器进行水气分离,最后经过过滤箱的过滤变成温度低、干燥且没有杂质的空气,最后通过风管喷射到制动电阻上,将制动电阻上的热量吹走,达到快速降温的效果,提高电机车的安全性。
