To provide a trans-axle which has an advantage in mountability for an engine compartment with respect to a vehicle of which installation space is limited such as a light-duty vehicle by restraining the height and a cross-directional overhang while relieving a limit of the magnitude of a motor.SOLUTION: A trans-axle 10 includes a first motor 20 and a second motor 30, and is configured so that the shaft center of the second motor 30 is located in a downward direction Lw of the shaft center of the first motor 20, and that a power control unit 80 is installed in an upward direction Up of the second motor 30. In addition, the second motor 30 is disposed at a position dislocated in an axial direction of the first motor 20 with respect to the first motor 20, and at least a part of the first motor 20 and the second motor 30 lap in an axial direction view of the first motor 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】本発明は、電動機の大きさの制限を緩和しつつ、高さや前後方向の張り出しを少なく抑え、軽自動車など搭載スペースが制限される車両に対してエンコパへの搭載性が有利となるトランスアクスルの提供を目的とした。【解決手段】本発明のトランスアクスル10は、第一電動機20と、第二電動機30と、を有し、第二電動機30の軸心が、第一電動機20の軸心よりも下方Lwに位置しており、第二電動機30の上方Upにパワーコントロールユニット80が搭載されている。また、第二電動機30は、第一電動機20に対し、第一電動機20の軸線方向に外れた位置に配置され、第一電動機20の軸線方向視において第一電動機20及び第二電動機30の少なくとも一部がラップしている。【選択図】図2
