To provide a trans-axle for a vehicle that reduces occurrence of abnormal sound.SOLUTION: A resonator 44 is formed to include: a cavity 46 formed between a trans-axle case 14a and an opposite wall 36a opposite to the trans-axle case 14a of a first storage case 36; and an opening 48 that opens a part of the cavity 46 to a side. A volume V of the cavity 46 and a volume Vk of the opening 48 are set such that a resonance frequency fh of the resonator 44 is lower than a characteristic frequency f1 of the opposite wall 36a of the first storage case 36. In this manner, since the resonance frequency fh of the resonator 44 is lower than the characteristic frequency f1 of the opposite wall 36a, the inside of the cavity 46 is not resonant even if the opposite wall 36a vibrates at the characteristic frequency f1. This can reduce abnormal sound produced from a trans-axle 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】異音が発生することを低減させる車両用トランスアクスルを提供する。【解決手段】トランスアクスルケース14aと第1収容ケース36のトランスアクスルケース14aに対向する対向壁36aとの間に形成された空洞46と、空洞46の一部を側方に開口する開口部48とを備えて共鳴器44が形成され、共鳴器44の共鳴周波数fhが第1収容ケース36の対向壁36aの固有振動数f1よりも低くなるように、空洞46の容積Vおよび開口部48の容積Vkが設定されている。このように、共鳴器44の共鳴周波数fhが対向壁36aの固有振動数f1よりも低くなっていることから、対向壁36aが固有振動数f1で振動しても、空洞46内が共鳴しないので、トランスアクスル14から発生する異音を低減させることができる。【選択図】図2
