A second control device specifies a state of the occupant, specifies a first time T1 as the time required until the occupant in the state starts a driving operation and, when the occupant does not start the driving operation within a first time T1, is constituted so as to reduce a speed of the vehicle V and stops the vehicle. An allowable maximum speed is a speed capable of reducing a speed of the vehicle V at a predetermined reduction speed and stopping the vehicle within a remaining second time T2 by subtracting the first time T1 from a battery duration time Tmax and database is determined such that an allowable maximum speed Smax corresponding to a second state becomes a lower speed when the first time T1 corresponding to the second state of the occupant is longer, compared with the first time T1 corresponding to the first state of the occupant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】車両の部品コストを低減可能な車両電子制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1の制御装置は、検出装置により検出された乗員の状態に対応する車両Vの許容最高速度を特定する。第2の制御装置は、前記乗員の状態と、その状態にある乗員が運転操作を開始するまでに要する時間である第1の時間T1を特定し、第1の時間T1内に前記乗員が運転操作を開始しなかった場合、車両Vを減速させて停止させるように構成される。前記許容最高速度は、バッテリ持続時間Tmaxから第1の時間T1を差し引いた残りの第2の時間T2内に所定の減速度で車両Vを減速させて停止させることができる速度であり、前記乗員の第1の状態に対応した前記第1の時間T1に比べて、前記乗員の第2の状態に対応した前記第1の時間T1が長い場合、前記第2の状態に対応した前記許容最高速度Smaxが小さい速度となるようにデータベースが定められている。【選択図】図7
