To suppress embrittlement of other members by lowering of temperature in a piping in which ultralow temperature liquid is circulating.SOLUTION: A piping structure for ultralow temperature liquid is applied to a vessel storing ultralow temperature liquid with a boiling point at -196°C or less under normal pressure. The piping structure includes low temperature piping (10) in which the ultralow temperature liquid is circulated and a support member 30 supporting the low temperature piping (10) in a position separated above structure material (4) of the vessel as well as coming into contact with the low temperature piping (10). The support member 30 is composed of steel for low temperature use with hardy any occurrence of low temperature embrittlement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
