The invention relates to a piping structure for extremely low temperature liquid, which is suitable for ships for storing extremely low temperature liquid with boiling point below-196 DEG C under normal pressure. This piping structure is provided with: low-temperature piping (10) that is disposed along a structural member (4) of a ship (1) at a position separated upward from the structural member (4) and through which an extremely low-temperature liquid flows; and a porous heat dissipation layer (20) which is provided below the low-temperature pipe (10) so as to cover the structural member (4), and which, when liquefied air is formed on the surface of the low-temperature pipe (10), receives and evaporates the droplets of the liquefied air.
