To provide an automatic operation system performing an autonomous travel control to automatically control the traveling of a vehicle which can prevent an operation requiring attention such as setting change of the control and operation related to the driving operation, from being performed during execution of the autonomous travel control by tampers or malfunctions of a person other than a qualified person like an operator of an automatic operation vehicle.SOLUTION: An automatic operation system comprises: a controller; and a request input device. The controller performs one or more controls related to a vehicle including an autonomous travel control. The request input device provides the controller with various kinds of requests through operations of an operator. The controller performs, when executing the autonomous travel control, processing which determines whether or not an operator operating the request input device is a qualified person. Then, when determining that the operator is qualified, the controller allows the request, and when determining that the operator is not qualified, the controller does not allow the request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】車両の走行を自動で制御する自律走行制御を行う自動運転システムであって、制御の設定変更や運転操作系の操作といった注意を要する操作が、自律走行制御を実行中に、自動運転車のオペレータ等の適格者以外のいたずらや誤りにより行われることを防止することが可能な自動運転システムを提案する。【解決手段】この自動運転システムは、制御装置と、要求入力装置と、を備える。制御装置は、自律走行制御を含む車両に係る一又は複数の制御を実行する。要求入力装置は、人が操作することにより制御装置に対して種々の要求を与える。制御装置は、自律走行制御を実行している場合、要求入力装置を操作する操作者が適格であるか否かを判定する処理を実行する。そして、操作者が適格である場合、要求を許可し、操作者が適格でない場合、要求を不許可とする。【選択図】図3
