A secondary air chamber space surrounded with the box-shaped member 11 and the lid member 12 is formed on an inner side of the box-shaped member 11. A communication hole 14 with a diameter of 2 mm or less is formed on a face 13 opposite the opening of the box-shaped member 11 so that the inner side and an outer side of the box-shaped member 11 communicate with each other.
