To provide an occupant condition determination device that enables an occupant to know whether an external condition of the occupant is proper.SOLUTION: An occupant condition determination device includes: a determination unit 102 that acquires, via a sensor signal acquisition unit 101, information on an external condition of an occupant of a vehicle 1, detected by a sensor group 20, and determines whether the external state of the occupant is proper or not, based on the acquired information; and an output control unit 103 that outputs a determination result, determined by the determination unit 102, from an output device, such as an on-vehicle output device 30 or a portable device 2, which can be recognized by the occupant. Because the determination result of the external condition is output from the output device, the occupant can know whether his/her external condition is proper or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
