To improve the detection accuracy of rutting.SOLUTION: An arithmetic operation device 14 includes: a vehicle behavior information acquisition unit 40 for acquiring vehicle behavior information and traveling direction information for a vehicle at detection of the vehicle behavior information; a route direction information acquisition unit 42 for acquiring route direction information; a road surface state information acquisition unit 44 for acquiring information on an amount rutting on a road; and a learning unit 46 for performing machine learning of correspondence between the vehicle behavior information and the amount of rutting by using, as teacher data, the vehicle behavior information and the amount of rutting at the position which are extracted based on an angle formed by the traveling direction of the vehicle and an extension direction of the road. The learning unit 46 uses, as the teacher data, vehicle behavior information corresponding to a traveling direction of the vehicle for which the angle formed by the extension direction of the road is greater than a prescribed value and the amount of rutting for the corresponding position, and excludes, from the teacher data, vehicle behavior information corresponding to a traveling direction of the vehicle for which the angle formed by the extension direction of the road is equal to or less than the prescribed value and the amount of rutting amount for the corresponding position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】わだち掘れの検出精度を向上する。【解決手段】演算装置14は、車両挙動情報と、車両挙動情報が検出された際の車両の進行方向情報を取得する車両挙動情報取得部40と、路線方向情報を取得する路線方向情報取得部42と、道路のわだち掘れ量の情報を取得する路面状態情報取得部44と、車両の進行方向と道路の延在方向とのなす角度に基づき抽出した、車両挙動情報と、その位置におけるわだち掘れ量とを、教師データとして、車両挙動情報とわだち掘れ量との対応関係を機械学習させる学習部46と、を含む。学習部46は、道路の延在方向とのなす角度が所定値より大きくなる車両の進行方向に対応する車両挙動情報と、その位置のわだち掘れ量とを、教師データとして用い、道路の延在方向とのなす角度が所定値以下となる車両の進行方向に対応する車両挙動情報と、その位置におけるわだち掘れ量とを、教師データから除外する。【選択図】図3
