To provide a flight body control system that can make a flight body fly based on a safer flight route.SOLUTION: A flight body control system, which makes a flight body 10 fly along a flight route to be set outside an approach prohibition area set around facilities within a monitor area, and is for the purpose of reviewing the facility, comprises: a flight management unit 32; at least any one of a flight body-side gas detection unit 11 and area-side gas detection units 16a, 16b and 16c; a danger area setting unit 23; a specific gravity determination unit 30; a route generation necessary/non-necessary determination unit 24; and a route generation unit 31. The route generation unit 31 is configured to: when it is determined in the specific gravity determination unit 30 that specific gravity of detected explosive gas to air is greater than 1, generate a high altitude avoidance flight route; and when it is determined therein that the specific gravity is not greater than 1, generate a low altitude avoidance flight route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
